limited product warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

SOLCO, LLC (hereafter referred to as SOLCO) warrants that your water filtration product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

The product is warranted only when it is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the instructions in this manual.

 

The estimated filter lifespan is based on approximate drinking water usages and is for information purposes only. Water conditions and water consumption rates may limit the actual lifespan of your filter. This Limited Warranty does not extend to the full estimated lifespan of the filter.

2. Warranty Service

If your product proves defective during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team by email at support@aquarisedirect.com. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the purchase price.

 

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products that are not installed, operated, or maintained in accordance with the instructions in this manual.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

  • Clogging due to the owner's failure to replace the filter.

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, over-pressurization in the water line, or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Damage resulting from the use of non-genuine AQUARISE parts, including but not limited to replacement filters and inlet tee valve.

  • Any labor charges or other expenses incurred by the purchaser to repair, replace, install, or remove this product.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or any source other than SOLCO or authorized SOLCO resellers.

 

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Please contact our customer service team to receive instructions on how to return the product for warranty service.

5. Limitation of Liability

SOLCO shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any defect in the product or its use, including, but not limited to, water damage. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product's purchase price.

 

6. Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is not required for coverage under the SOLCO Limited Warranty. However, it is recommended to complete the online warranty registration form at www.aquarisedirect.com/warranty for your purchase.

 

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
